YOUR ROLE
- You will report directly to President of the PYCO Group and be mainly in charge of all IT/IS settings for entities of the B.O.T business line. This role will give you the access to and the implementation of IT/IS infrastructures, systems and the best security practices for the B.O.T partners who are on the top tier in their industries. You will build and manage an IT/IS team of 2 - 4 members.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Setting up IT/IS infrastructures for the new office
- Managing vendors and contractors
- Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and the support of all IT/IS infrastructure, including servers, PCs, operating systems and software applications to ensure the company's continuing business operation and ensuring the good functioning of all this
- Developing, updating and implementing all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision
- Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to
- Providing secure access to the network for both internal and remote employees and protecting IT/IS infrastructure from non-company employees
- Evaluating and anticipating company's needs and ensuring that IT/IS infrastructure facilities meet these needs
- Providing KPIs and measures of the service we provide both in terms of infrastructure performance, and in terms of response time to requests and the associated budget
- Ensuring the creation and the maintenance of all written documentation on IT/IS infrastructure for knowledge management
- Preparing the budget forecast and the proposal and acting as an approval contact for IT and IS facilities
- Conducting IT/IS trainings of the company
- Proposing software application solutions to adapt to the business needs

For a particular B.O.T entity:
- Managing 3 team members and potentially 1 team leader
- Developing and implementing security policies
- Evaluating and introducing new IT solutions
- Conducting security training for employees
- Managing security incidents
- Managing working applications & tools including Lifesize, backups, Jira, Confluence, Outlook, software on laptops, and conducting vulnerability scans.

MUST-HAVE:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing IT/IS support in a multi-location organization, preferred in banking or software industries
- At least 5 years at department manager position
- Experience in AWS, security and software development lifecycle
- Very good English skills (Upper Intermediate or Advanced level)
- Working experience in ISO27001 certified organizations and its audits
- Strong experience in selection, deployment, training and other management activities on software collaboration solutions, preferably for IT / software development organizations
- Expertise in network design & system administration (Firewall, Routers, Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux servers, VLAN, Backup, Antivirus, Mail service,…)

SHOULD HAVE:
- Engineering degree in IT (or equivalent)
- Experience in the best security practices
- Strong team management skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in the management of VMWare - Infrastructure
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
