IT Manager (Job#23213)

 Proven experience in team building.
 Strong understanding of Object Orienting Programming (OOP), the .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, and web application development.
 Proven experience managing a diversified team of Software Developers, interfacing with Business Analysts and managing a portfolio of projects.
 Ability to deliver exemplary internal customer service to our R&D/Engineering teams worldwide
 Strong mentoring and coaching skills
 Passionate about constantly refining self and team skills and knowledge in technology selection, coding best practices, architectural design, and continual process improvement.
 Provide mentorship and decision-making in a diversified range of .NET solutions. The distributed landscape of apps consisting of Angular, AngularJS, ASP.NET and click-once front-end applications. Backend solutions consist of n-tiered .NET Framework and .NET Core implementations: technologies include RESTful APIs, WCF Services, Windows Services and Console Apps.
 Effectively performs routine, standard work as well as easily navigates atypical scenarios and non-standard work

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar (Master’s preferred)
 3+ years of Management, or related, experience.
 3+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack .NET web developer
 2+ years of Single Page Application development experience
 Experience leading project teams demonstrating strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
 Excellent English communication (writing and speaking) skills
 Periodic travel to our operational sites and remote design offices may be required (approximately 10%)
