IT Manager

• Manage POS system and ERP system between manufacturing facilities, back-office, suppliers, and retail stores.
• Develop technical solutions for solving technical issues associated with these areas
• Provide technical support for other teams in the company.
• Work with key ERP processing person, such as project management, pricing, CRM, Accounting and HR functions to ensure each area is utilizing the ERP solution appropriately by using:

1. Oracle e- business suite r12

• Accounting (General ledger, payables, Receivables)
• Inventory
• Purchasing
• Bill of materials
• Erp

2. Oracle 11g administration (OCP required certifications)

3. Red hat system administration (RHCE required certifications)

4. .Net developer

• MVC Core C# (entity framework, net core)
• Win server 2012 system admin
• MS-SQL (data model, SQL query, SQL tuning)

• Below 40 years old
• Having knowledge of Oracle ERP, Red Hat System Administration, .Net Developer
• Minimum a degree holder from a recognized education institution preferably in IT, network, …
• Having experience Manage POS system and ERP system
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in the Retail at a similar position with proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Passionate, self-motivated, creative, collaborative.
• Ability to coach and supervise team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• High level of English written and spoken
• Good communication and negotiation with customers in different levels
• Good in analysis, negotiation, communication, problem solving, time management skills is a MUST.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours.
