Mô tả công việc
- Implement all company objectives and policies.
- Be the first person responsible for all issues related to the operation of information technology systems of the whole company.
- Make sure the following systems are always working in the best state:
• Network
• Telephone system
• Email system.
• ERP online approval system
• Website.
• Camera systems.
• Database system and corporate applications.
• File system and electronic data storage.
• Information security system.
• UPS system, magnetic door system, smoke alarm system, fire alarm system, lightning protection system, air circulation system, air conditioning system and raised floor system within the framework of data center room (Data Center).
• System of machines, peripheral devices within IT Dept: such as: Server, Desktop, Laptop, printer, scanner, fax machine, timekeeper, fingerprint scanner, barcode scanner
• ERP system
- Ensure the establishment, development and stability of operation of the Information Technology Department
- Advise, support information for the BOM in making final decisions on matters related to investment, construction, development and application of information technology in operation production activities of the company
- Regularly monitor, analyze and report the operational status of the information technology system to BOM
- Ensure backup plan and database recovery, configuration, application of the company
- Ensure fully- supply for BOM about password, documents related to the configuration of the entire information technology system.
- Develop and document procedures, policies related to the use and application of IT in the company.
- Manage projects to build network infrastructure, telephones or deploy information technology applications.
- Manage and plan of budgets for IT Dept.
- External relations: develop and assess suppliers, select solutions, make quotation, support price negotiation for IT projects.

- Having a network certificate such as: CCNA or CCNP or CCIE
- Certified on Microsoft systems such as MCSE or Linux as LPI Level2
- Having general knowledge about network security and security or having one of the following certificates in network security: Security +, CEH, SCNP, SCNA, CISSP
- Understand and experience one of the programming languages: C / C ++ / C #; HTML; Java; dot NET; PHP
- Experience in planning network and telephone infrastructure deployment.
- Have knowledge or experience in developing Data Center
- Know how to backup and use tape backup system.
- Deployed LAN, WAN connection for at least 2 sites.
- Used to work and have experience with the following systems:
+ Operating System: 2k / XP / 2003/2008 Server
+ Virtual Server: Virtual PC, WMWare or Bootrom
+ Web server: IIS / Apache
+ Database Server: SQL Server / DB2 / Oracle
+ Email Server: MDaemon / Exchange / Lotus Notes
+ Antivirus: Norton Antivirus / Trend Micro / NOD32 / BitDefence / Kaspersky / MacAfee ...
+ Hardware: PC, Laptop, peripherals ...
+ Management: SNMP, PcAnywhere, VNC, RemoteDesktop, DameWare, TeamViewer; Logmein
+ Other Products: Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project, ghost, BootPartPE
- Have worked with or dealt with at least one of the following types of Firewall security devices: Fortinet; Cisco ASA or PIX; Astaro; Tipping Point; Nokia Checkpoint Firewall; Firewall Juniper; ISA Server 2004 or 2006; Linux - Package Filter ...
- Used to work with one of the following types of proxies: ISA Server 2004 or 2006; Kerio; Linux-Squid ...
- Used to work or deploy large applications such as accounting software, sales management software or HR management software, or customer management software ... for a few dozen to a few hundred users.
- Experience in management or at least 2 years working in a managerial position.
- Priority to those who have worked and experienced Lotus Notes system, Avaya switchboard
- Priority for those who have implemented ERP system.
