IT Manager

• Be responsible for coordinating and managing efficient use of IT resource, including monitoring and reporting for Server, Storage Area Network (SAN), Networking Equipment, Google for work (Office 365).
• Plans and organizes the network design, implementation of the Company’s IT Network.
• Plans and advises management on IT system to ensure the efficient IT system: process administration.
• Provides the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction.
• Recommends upgrading of hardware and software to ensure the best security and effectiveness of all systems.
• Be in charge of implementation, maintenance of ERP, CRM, MRP (Material Resource Planning), using Ms. Dynamic AX… and cooperate with outsource vendor to develop the system.
• Does Technical support for function departments to develop and implement new systems, new software and provides infrastructure support to new projects as required
• Be responsible for maintaining and developing the company website
• Manages the IT department and motivates its staff including staff appraisals, disciplining, career development and to ensure all IT projects complete timely and effectively.
• Provides IT training and supports to all employees. Ensure that all system and programs are properly used and maintained.
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery (DR) and provides expert support when necessary.
• Oversees all help desk activities at the company.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Continued research into new technologies to consult management board for upgrading system.
• Identifies & provides IT solutions for all possible contingencies. Develop Information Protection solutions, system and policies.
• Controls IT annual budget and expenditures to keep cost minimum with highest profit and productivities increase.
• Sets up, develops, implements IT policies, procedures conformity with company business plan.
• Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Certificate of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and Database Administration (MS.SQL) is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of network design (Servers, SAN, Firewalls, router), including routing and switching, LAN and WAN, VPN technologies.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience on IT, in which not less than 3 years working on managerial position.
• Over 5 years of solid experience in data center operation/ management in one or more of following: network, database, high availability systems, batch operations, MS Active Directory 2008/2012, Office 365, Google for work and disaster recovery planning.
• At least 3 years in ERP, CRM, MRP Implementation, preferred in manufacturing environment.
• Experience of FortiGate, Cisco, Meraki is a plus
• Experience in Business Analysis
• Customer oriented result oriented, analysis and problem solving skill.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
