IT Manager

- Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group

- Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the your abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors

- Coordinate with all head of the departments to use their inputs to improve the technology solutions, implementation and adoption of the IT system

- Responsible to identify and implement improvements concerning the provision of service operations to the user or customer

- Establish and maintain current standards of the IT Department, while continuously making an effort to improve these standards

- Responsible for the delegation of responsibilities & duties to the IT staff and management of the IT staff

- Train and develop the IT staff

- Responsible to provide direction, consultant, approval, administration and monitoring of major IT projects, IT budgets, priorities, and procedures for the IT system infrastructure

- Responsible to regular review and evaluate on how the current systems and applications are meeting the needs of the factory and employees

- Responsible to maintain an overall IT performance to ensure that the IT system is functioning properly every time

- Responsible for network design, installation, monitoring, management and troubleshooting of wide area networks and local area networks, but also for providing networking support to other locations of the framas Group, when needed

- Responsible to maintain the current and accurate inventory of technology hardwares, softwares and resources

* Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5PM, Saturday 8:00AM - 12PM
* Company bus from Bien Hoa and Thu Duc.

- Bachelor in Information Technology or relates

- Working experience with hardware, virtual technology, software, network troubleshooting, basic operating system functionality and virtual server

- Working experience with troubleshooting, user guidance and providing help desk support

- Knowledge in IT risk management and cloud technologies protection

- 5 years of working experience in the same position as IT Manager

- Working experience in Manufacturing company

- English skills (verbal and written)

- Knowledge about ISO systems

- Lean understanding

- Communication skills

- MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
