Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the readiness and availability of all IT infra related (internet / telecommunication, network (LAN/ WAN), computer systems / applications in the corporate environment)
- Manage and supervise the IT Infra operational / BAU (applications, hardware, infrastructure & telecommunications) - Laptop / computer setup for new hire, including app installation (user onboarding)
- Create and implement IT policies and procedures referring to IT Infra security policy
- Work with IT vendors regarding design, create and implement systems or applications if needed
- IT Infra project
- Create IT budgets (budgets) and expenditures
- Provide biweekly reports to IT Infra head and attend weekly call meeting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors degree preferred (Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject)
- Hands on experience in technical support and helpdesk
- Fluent communication English
- Attention to detail
- Good problem analysis and problem solving skills
- Customer orientation mindset
