Mô tả công việc
*Reports To: Senior Technical Manager
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Be the liaison between IT team and other departments
• Organize and lead training weekly or bi-weekly for staff to continuously improve their skills
• Be responsible for cost control related to IT department
• Help develop system AMIS, CRM, website
• Coordinate and carry out server set-up for Software team in Project (Environment Monitoring system).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience as IT infrastructure manager
• Had already managed and deployed team of help desk staff across different locations
• Has already managed projects involving deployment of new infrastructure
• Infrastructure expertise (Virtual switch, Network & security, server, VMWare, Security, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

• Transverse skills required
• Excellent communication skills to work with other departments smoothly
• English skills from Intermediate to Upper Intermediate levels, comfortable in both verbal and non-verbal communication
• Technical skills required
• Knowledge of IT Equipment and IT inventory management
• Database administration is a plus
*Language
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
• 5 years of experience as IT infrastructure manager
