Working in 3PL service provider, IT Manager has to be expert in Warehouse Management System and able to do following tasks:
- Monitor system process to make sure all systems are working stably.
- Window contact for regional office and customers to understand new business updated and project requirements.
- Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Consult for Project team & BD team to develop applications, features and tools for warehouse management base on business requirements of customers.
- Maintain network security, firewall, Wi-Fi systems.
- Manage core application and enterprise software for company (WMS, Oracle, SAP...etc...)
- Strategy for database backup, security, IT Audit & Compliance.
- Define IT Standard, Policies, Risk Assessment.
- IT asset management and maintenance.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. EDUCATION
- Bachelor Degree in information technology or computer science.
2. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with similar capacity
- Working experience on Third Party Logistics is preferable.
3. LANGUAGE
English fluently
4. OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Expert in Warehouse Management System
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software system.
- Expertise in data Centre management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- People management experience.
- Bachelor Degree in information technology or computer science.
