IT Infrastructure Specialist ( Work At Hanoi Plant)

REPORT TO: NATIONAL IT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

Responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the Information System at Hanoi site.
Provide IT services or IT Projects for other departments to improve Company Business.
Fulfill any reasonable additional responsibilities as requested by National IT Infrastructure Manager

INTERNAL INTERACTION

To all functions, especially for those who using IT Resources, ie. Email, SAP and other related to IT

EXTERNAL INTERACTION

To closely work with Dimension Data team for the infrastructure, FPT and other suppliers for hardware, services & maintainance

1. System Infrastructure Management:
Monitor and coordinate with DD to ensure both onsite & depot IT Infrastructure system availability
Acordinate with DD team to monitor both domestic & international WAN + Internet bandwidth to ensure 99% availibility
Control and maintain local PABX including troubleshooting in both system and cabling
Control and grant access on doors access system
Setup and configure Desktop / Notebook & accessories devices.
IT backup system for HN: Check site backup daily and ensure backup jobs run succeed + Log calls to DD for any issues and troubleshoot site backup with them
AD management for North OUs + user creation/termination according to BSG procedure effectively
Monthly report for National IT Infrastructure Manager

2. Call & Incident Management:
Ensure assigned calls to be solved in timely manner
Proactively keep Users and Service Desk updated on regular basis for all open calls

3. Assets Management (Front & Back End):
Maintain Asset Database for your site on a daily basis
Follow up and work with supplier to manage all devices (Computers + SFA devices)

4. Site Maintenance:
Server Rooms & Networking Cabinets - Must be neat, tidy and professional
Comm Racks must be cabled correctly according to standards and best practice

5. Policies and Standard Management:
Make sure no non-standard networking devices to be found on site or connected to the network
Enforce information security awareness to the users on yearly basis

6. Front End Business Support:
Manage service provider to ensure 99% service delivery to Sales Ref under SLA
Manage MDM system to ensure 100% AW agent installed on SFA & Personal mobile devices under control

* Bachelor of Information System or related to technoligies
* Minimum 4 years experiences in IT Infrastructure, business services support & helpdesk system.
* Minumum 2 years experiences using MDM system management system.
* Minimum 2 years experiences working on with Frond End system & providing IT Infrastructure services to Sales.
* Good communication & Time management.
* Speaking & writing English well.
