IT Infrastructure

- Ensuring that the maintenance of IT infrastructure & Architecture activities are aligned with IT policies.
- Take daily responsibility for ensuring that services in SLA-linked areas approved by Management Department
- Preparing programs / records & training employees, ensuring that all employees are trained and applied IT infrastructure & architecture tools effectively
- Provide consultant, analyze, design and implement infrastructure for hospital
- Perform daily backup and restore of hospital data including application SQL data
- Maintain multi-site and large-scale system and infrastructure
- Provide technical support (include on-call) for TShoot and solving problem for Hospitals
- Perform daily operation, patching, checking and change request base on business requirement
- Perform security audit on Hospital infrastructure and provide counter measure
- Keep track of hardware and software inventory management and maintenance each year.
- Perform integration analog PBX and VOIP System between hospitals
- Support and TShoot Video Conference system between hospitals
- Coordinate with manufacture support team to raise case support when incident with system at hospitals
- Create and maintain system and network infrastructure document as well as configuration of all network devices.
- Involve in assessment and evaluation of IT Infrastructure when integrate of new IT system and hospital
- Support IT at hospital to provide technical requirement and solution for hospital application
- Perform training for IT Team at hospital to upskill and able team to self-maintain hospital infrastructure.

- Bachelor degree of Computer science – Information technology
- Solid background with network routing and switching
- Understand and experienced with operation of analog PBX and VOIP system.
- Good understand of security best practice and solution.
- Proficiency with large-scale network and multi-site with OSPF routing.
- Ability to deploy database and server for business application such as MSQL, MySQL
- Ability to process, analyze information and create report/proposal to management.
- Good skills of creating plan and estimate budget for project
- Experienced with operation on large-scale active directory domain and multi-site
- Experienced with multiple type of hardware:
• HP/Dell server
• Cisco/HP network devices
• PaloAlto/Fortinet/Sophos firewall
• Centralized Wi-Fi such as Ruckus, Unifi, Extreme Network
• IBM/EMC SAN Storage
- Experienced with VMware virtualization and related solution.
- Experienced EMC networker backup restore solution include using backup by script and DFS
