*Responsibilities: Provide the IT operations site support as well as perform as part of the SCO organization to provide a wide range of IT services to internal customer.
*Duties:
• Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support.
• Guarantee availability of all local data and telecom services.
• Maintain IT-documentation of diagrams, configs and procedures.
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support for network, server, client and telecommunication.
• Work together with expert teams for 2nd and 3rd level IT support.
• Perform fault finding, trouble shooting and all aspects of network and core systems infrastructure services including Production Control System infrastructure, email, file and backup servers, PBX and associated operating systems/software in a JIS/JIT environment which might need ad-hoc response 24/7.
• Support the infrastructure and the Production Control System as part of a global team.
• Support JIS applications as a backup to the JIS Support Application.
• Teach and empower site personnel for use of IT based technologies.
• Roll-out of standardized operating environment & software package deployment as well as patch and hot fix installation.
• Investigate technical issues and provide solutions to both IT and non IT personnel in cooperation with global JSI team.
• Manage software licenses register, inventories and compatibility testing for hard- and software.
• Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Working at Haiphong plant.
• IT related major degree or above.
• Min. 5 years of relevant work experience in a JIT/JIS manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows OS, desktop and notebook devices.
• Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange and Veritas Enterprise Backup.
• Familiar with network technologies and knowledge of VMware.
• Proven team building ability as well as good communication and problem solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• IT related major degree or above.
