* Job Description:
- IT helpdesk for daily infrastructure operation
+ Troubleshoot for Lan & Wan side
+ Troubleshoot about Software
+ User ID management
+ End User support.
- Assisting system administration works.
- Supporting local network & system operation
- Receive requests from world-wide customers via email, website, phone call.
- Support to resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.
- Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 2+ Years of Technical Support or IT Desk-Side support.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Windows OS – Server, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange, Cisco or other similar networking and Video Conference equipment and TCP/IP.
- Experience with end user computer hardware, networking equipment and desktop software applications
- Strong logical thinking and good IT background can help for developing career.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and take on new responsibilities as assigned
- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.
- Good English; ability to write, read well.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Windows OS – Server, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, Exchange, Cisco or other similar networking and Video Conference equipment and TCP/IP.
