FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them
REPORTS TO: IT Assistant Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
40% Maintenance
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Maintaining, monitoring systems
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Perform and maintain backups of all network data
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
50% Support/HelpDesk
- Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
- Providing administrative support, including procedural documentation
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Working cross functionally to support data reporting systems
- Working with vendor for up to date hardware and software
- Advises on PC improvements, such as hardware procurements

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI):
- 98% of Network and PCs, Printer, PABX system working normally at Clubs or HO
- 100% new computers are installed and delivered to users within 3 working days after get approval
- 95% Presales opening done setting up for internet connection, PCs, printers, phone... within 7 working days
- 98% tickets are solved within 2 hours for software fault, 2 working days for hardware fault
- 100% new computers are installed and configured operating system and applications on time in the plan

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- College degree
- Administering 2003/2008/Windows 7
- Basic Knowledge in Network security
- Skill full in network, PC, Notebook
- Software, hardware trouble shooting
- Fresh graduate or one year experience
- MCP/MCSA is preferred
- Fluent English speaking and writing
