IT Helpdesk Offficer

The job holder is responsible for providing maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Helpdesk. He/she will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.

* The job - holder will report directly to Supervisor-IT Infra; and be a member of the IT team.
• Provide one-on-one end-user incident & service request resolution over the phone for workstation software.
• Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user workstation hardware, software and peripherals.
• Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems.
• Coordinates timely repair of workstation equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Performs minor desktop hardware repair for workstation equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs and switches.
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Tracking, monitoring and installation of IT equipment for the new branch office of the company
Asset management-related IT (all IT equipment must be entered and updated data on IT-related assets)

• University/College graduate ( Sector priorities: IT, Electronic, Telecommunication;
• Have a good command in Vietnamese and English (written & spoken) is advanced
• Positive work attitude and strong presentation skill;
• Good team player and co-operative;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have networking skills and concepts ( CCNA or MCSA is advantage )
• 2 years of relevant technical experience
