Mô tả công việc
You will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT network and supports end-users as an IT help desk.
Nhân viên IT sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hệ thống mạng và hỗ trợ người dùng cuối.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support for terminal devices: PC, laptop, printer, scanner, phone, projector ...
Hỗ trợ các thiết bị đầu cuối: PC, máy tính, máy in, máy scan, điện thoại, máy chiếu …
- Install and maintain equipment and software of the company
Cài đặt và bảo trì các thiết bị, phần mềm của công ty
- Support end-users in software, hardware and internet connection
Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối về phần mềm, phần cứng và kết nối internet
- Manage and troubleshoot system and network problems related to LAN network, Wireless LAN, WAN, server
Quản trị và xử lý sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống mạng LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN, máy chủ
- Support tracking, inventory checking of IT equipment; propose the demand for purchasing, renting, maintenance, upgrade, repair and liquidation of IT equipment
Hỗ trợ theo dõi, kiểm kê các thiết bị CNTT; đề xuất nhu cầu trang bị, mua sắm, đi thuê, bảo dưỡng, nâng cấp, sửa chữa, thanh lý các thiết bị CNTT
Nhân viên IT sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý hệ thống mạng và hỗ trợ người dùng cuối.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Having experienced and knowledge with Microsoft technology
- Having knowledge with Cisco Router and Wireless system is a plus
