IT Helpdesk Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure all devices and software account provide timely to all departments
• Optimize using devices in the company to make sure the cost effectively
• Support all departments about devices, account and any requirements
• Handle any task assigned from line manager

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Abilities to manage devices and device process
• Abilities to handle multi tasks
• Abilities to manage a helpdesk team (Task, Evaluation, Review weekly, Report)
• Communicate effectively with others
• Abilities to recommend, suggest technical devices or method for using/fixing/maintain the devices
• Abilities to set up basic software for devices (windows, Ubuntu, mac iOS…)
• Abilities to update and learn things news
• Suggest methods to make sure company facilities using efficiency and optimization.
• Abilities to work flexible and adaptable
