Helpdesk
Equipment and Software Operational Support
• Installs, configures and resolves problems related to installed computer software computers and peripherals on data networks.
• Dispatches other departments and vendor representatives to assist in resolving problems.
• Identifies software application, network and hardware malfunctions and takes appropriate action to resolve issues.
Network Management & Planning
• Installs, maintains, and completes backups of Servers and connection to Active Directory System
• Supports applications for each department and ensuring confidentially and data integrity.
• Responsible for, and supports, IT related alarm and surveillance systems.
Administrative
• Maintains inventory of computers and printers
• Negotiates with outside vendors on contract fulfillment, obligations and dispatches IT Services
• Monitors and reports on compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Technical skill: 2 năm kinh nghiệm, đã từng làm trong logistic hoặc hàng không
- Bằng cấp: MCSA & CCNA (mandatory), ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT (prefer)
- Hiểu ngôn ngữ lập trình C#, VB, C++ là 1 lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm quản trị về Domain và Mailserver (Mdaemon), MS Exchange
- Toeic 500 hoặc tương đương
- Ưu tiên ứng viên nhanh nhẹn
- Bằng cấp: MCSA & CCNA (mandatory), ĐH chuyên ngành CNTT (prefer)
- Hiểu ngôn ngữ lập trình C#, VB, C++ là 1 lợi thế
- Có kinh nghiệm quản trị về Domain và Mailserver (Mdaemon), MS Exchange
