Brief Job Descriptions:

HW equipments admin:

• Hardware: Admin server, PC
• Network equipments: switch, router, network card, cable, NTU, fiber converter.
• UPS in server room
• Air conditioner, cabling in server room and cabling for end user
• Telephone Voice IP, printer, fax, projector, scan
• Power generator (if having)

Network administration:

• IP Address assignment (TCP/IP)
• Sub - DNS
• Monitor WAN, LAN
• Network user maintenance
• Access point
• Memory space management
• User access management

End-user support:

• Install/ upgrade standard software
• Trouble shooting HW & SW problems
• Update Anti-Virus
• IFIS/SBA Client
• Online trading

IT asset Management at branch:

• Manage IT asset at Branch in good condition


OPS task – Executing daily transaction:

• Receive customer request, check customer’s information before processing
• Input information of the customer into the systems for account opening/closing
• Transfer money/stock between client’s account
• Do cash advance withdrawal for clients
• Support broker department
• Print and Save Order Slips for Brokers
• Handle claim of customer
• Sending transaction report and money statement to client’s order
• Following up list of customers be granted with preferred Margin’s interest rate
• Do the credit loan payment request on KEtrade
• Do weekly report to branch director: daily opening account, turnover of customer report.

OPS task – Saving document:

• Scan customer’s signature and upload to SBA
• Scan account contracts/Margin contracts and upload to OPS Data folder

Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager.

Qualifications & other requirements:

• Graduated majored in an IT related field such as Computer engineering.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 1years working experience in related fields
