IT help desk

•Administer overall IT infrastructure, including local servers, PCs, Network. Cloud server, Web hosting, Web application (Subversion, Jira, Actitime, Lifreray Portal ...)
•Windows/Linux server installation, support and administration
• Perform initial setup/configuration on personal computers, desktops, workstations and laptops, in support of installing computer peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, printers
• Perform installs, moves, ads and changes in the areas of IT equipment such as PCs and printers
• Monitoring, repairing and maintain of office equipment (computers, printers, fax machines, internal telephone, copiers, scanners, projectors, system camera …) always in good condition
• Willing to support all company employees when IT issue taken place
•Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
• Manage virtual machines running in private and public clouds
• Install software, apply patches, manage file systems
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts from monitoring tools
• Collaborate with internal teams for problem solving, tuning system
•Write procedures and various technical documents
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
•Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department
•Perform CM activities in project

• College or University graduated, major in IT field is preferred
• Had 1 years working experience in System/Network Administrator/Software
•Had experience in installing and configuring machine on Windows, Linux (iOS is plus) including identifying device issue/error/failure and working with vendors to fix or upgrade failure device if needed
•Had experience in Printer, Network setup/configuration (sharing resources, IP conflicts, router configuration)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Capable reading and writing documentations in English is plus
• Ability to learn quickly
• Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills is plus
• Support experience is plus
