- Install and maintain client hardware and software
- Provide the user with basic training to utilize the PC or operation equipment to avoid future problems
- Report and log for trouble countermeasure (Reasons, symptom and solutions for the trouble)
- Do up to date the latest version of software, service packs
- Maintain a back-up routine, with 100% ability to recover all data quickly
- Involves in day-to-day IT operations
- Follow up system implementation/Maintenance handling procedures
- Assists the senior IT infrastructure specialist in providing solutions to any technical problem incurred from the company’s system
- Assists the senior IT infrastructure specialist in providing technical supports and assistance to the company’s projects
- Ensure the accuracy of costing and stock records
- Control the accuracy of company stock and inventory records.

- College Degree
- Male, over 23 years old
- Have good knowledge of operating system, office 365, web application
- Knowledge of network, photocopiers, hardware, printers, peripherals
- English communication
- An in-depth knowledge of the computer systems and software clients use
