Mô tả công việc
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, device issues and any technical roadblocks of daily operation.
- Configure and install various network devices and services
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
- Manage IT infrastructure, system monitoring and reports
- Implement and monitor office IT security
- Investigate and resolve troubles related to Network, System, Database...
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Understand and apply the policies where needed.
- Work with oversea third party/partner to implement and maintain network/ CRM implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma or degree in computer sciences, information technology or related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in Network & System Engineer position with in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software
- Good understanding of IT equipment, data security concepts and especially data confidentiality.
- Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, network routing and Internet connection technologies.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot.
- Ability to follow procedures and report on activity.
- Ability to communicate in English is a must (Coordinate with Singapore Regional)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues

The I Can Read System originally came about through research conducted between 1995 and 2000 by Antony Earnshaw and Annabel Seargeant. It is structured, cumulative and hierarchical, and is the first system in the world to link clusters of letters to single sounds in a unique manner. The I Can Read reading programme enables the student to see how letters combine to create invariant sounds and empowers the student to take control of his or her own reading progress. I Can Read system teaches three essential skills that the new reader needs to learn to read: Phonemic awareness Phonics Blending sequences of phono-graphemes The I Can Read reading programme overcomes the difficulties that new readers face when they learn to read and have to combine letters into blended sounds. It overcomes the problem of knowing how to pronounce words when so many letters and clusters of letters can be associated with more than one sound.
