Mô tả công việc
* Report to: HR & Admin manager and Regional ICT Manager CIS/APAC
*Main tasks :
1. Major contact for IT topics between local business units and Global ICT and their IT partners
(Responsible for Davits - Boats and Sales-Site)
2. Support local business units and departments with their IT needs in compliance with Global
ICT policies
3. Setup and maintain all clients (e.g. desktops, laptops, workstations)
4. Setup and maintain other software and hardware (e.g. printers, timekeepers, cameras)
5. Upgrade systems with new releases and models in coordination with Global ICT
6. Troubleshoot all IT related issues in cooperation with global ICT partners according to
corporate policies and support processes
7. Ensure IT security and access to all IT equipment in compliance with Global ICT policies
8. Develop expertise and train staff on new technologies
9. Support Global ICT in regional and global projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
2. Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
3. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and platforms
4. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Vietnamese and Chinese
7. Experience in collaboration within an international company are welcome
8. Readiness to travel (<30%)
