Job Summary:
- Manage system and ensure working equipment of company in good condition
Job Description
1. User helpdesk
- Users Helpdesk OS and Offices on computer. IT offices helpdesk.
- Intalls antivirus for users computer and server. Users update from antivirus server.
2. Office equipment management
- Control ink and scan for printers. Control charge ink HP, Brother, epson printer. Check print out fujixerox photocopy montly.
- Make report of sales channel Control camera recode data and support director monitor from outsite.
- Buil telephone system and control telephone server. Recode telephone report data daily.
- Request buy new devices ,computer…
3. System management
- Control Internet ,vpn for Office and warehouse
- Control firewall and security internet and vpn offices . 03 group : Manager- user - guest.
- Create and policy quota mail user. Control mail list and domain VietPhat with provider. Setup email on users computer.
- Setup and bild Inbisco mail server. Create and policy user mail. Control mail list and domain INBISCO. Setup email on users computer.
- Helpdesk SAP Offices process .Control SQL SAP database and backup data daily.
- Control domail Inbisco and VietPhat.
- Intalls and control licence windows for computer and server office.
