IT Executive

Role: To provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure that all computers, laptops, printers, and associated equipment are working well
• Installing and configuring computer hardware OS and application & 24/7 security services for the team.
• Periodic maintenance, troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Maintaining and building local area network, emails, share data....
• Proposing and developing computerized procedures, standard computer maintenance to ensure longevity of the machine & equipment.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Performing data backup and managing of all user information.
• Setting up new user’s accounting and profile and dealing with password.
• Managing & implement other equipment related to IT such as security door, camera…
• Ensure date confidential.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Knowledge
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Qualification
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• Have knowledge in Linux operating system (Centos)
English N/A
Experience
• Minimum 1 year as IT Helpdesk
Skills and competencies
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented
