General Duties:
• Support end-user for any IT-related systems, infrastructure, or services.
• Work with users to specify hardware and software needs.
• Training and management of end users’ system.
• Make necessary recommendations to IT Manager regarding possible improvements of the assigned systems
• Maintain & practice Disaster recovery plan for the database.
• Ensure system documentation (IT equipment, Network ID, Email ID, software licenses, System, Applications)
• Participate in other IT projects as assigned.
Specific Duties:
• To be the first contact of end-user (included ERP & CRM user), analyze (Hardware/Software) the issue and coordinate with IT Manager or Developer to fix.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems.
• Maintain all desktops, laptops and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain & practice Disaster recovery plan.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades.
• Make necessary recommendations to IT Manager regarding possible improvements to the assigned systems.
• Other tasks as assigned from Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job requirements:
• Bachelor or Diploma in IT.
• Certification in Windows required. MCSA certification would be preferable.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing backup systems, recovery plans, performance strategies, installations, and connectivity and security solutions.
• Experience with Windows Server, implementation and upgrades.
• Experience with Active Directory implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with network service (VPN, DNS, DHCP) implementation.
• Experience with mail system management, esp. Google mail.
• Proficient in PCs, server, and firewall administration.
• Good English and communication skill.
• Teamwork skill, collaborative and service minded.
