Mô tả công việc
- 1st Level application support, network management, computing on the ground in working with Supplier and IT team, and support for all IT infrastructures
- To escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with servers (includes DHL core application, desktop, printers and devices standards. PABX, Operations equipment (scanners, barcode scanner, printers etc).
- Analysis of Helpdesk performance – ticket analysis and process improvements.
- Support of IT Manager – for projects, deployments, operations
- Support on-site the in-country network infrastructure with regards to break-fix and incident management
- To ensure that all computer software is licensed.
- To escalate problems within the IT team as necessary.
- The agreed policies and procedures, system support documentation & methods are adhered to.
- The levels of information asset security as required by the local Asset Security Standards are met.
- Data security meets or exceeds the requirements.
- IT Service Ticket resolutions

Communication skills (English), spoken and written
Good soft skills for business user interaction
Technical expertise in:
- Personal computer set up and preparation for use (hardware and software)
- Courier and imaging scanners
- Other Ground Operations and service centre equipment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- IBM/Intel compatible PC hardware
- Microsoft operating systems (Windows 9x and Windows NT/2000/ 2008/ 2012)
- Microsoft Office products
- Experiences in Unix and Linux Operating System
- TCP/IP and other protocols
- Various types of network switching equipment
- Microsoft Mail Clients
- Symantec/ Netbackup software
- MySQL/ SQL Database and Web Services
- Have advanced knowledge of the VBA language
2-4 years experiences in Desktop, Technical Supports roles
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
