IT Executive - Ho Chi Minh Office

IT Executive will take in charge of main responsibilities as follow:

- Computer/ Devices/ Equipment Management
+ Managing information and amount of Computers (Desktop, Laptop, Notebook,..);
+ Installing, configuring and upgrading workstations;
+ Managing hardware, software/ system of computer and other IT devices;
- Meeting, Presentation Devices Management
+ Managing Video Conference System at HCM-Office;
+ Contact P.I.C of Video Conference Systems of Head Quarter, branch Offices, Sites and Factory for collecting, updating IP-Address and connecting Systems together;
+ Making Guidance, Document for training and supporting users use the system and devices;
+ Contact with suppliers for troubleshooting, upgrading and expanding System based on requirements;
- Office-Devices Management (Managing Printers, Scanners, Fax, Projector, Finger Machine and any IT Office devices).
- PBX & CCTV Management.
- Supporting end-users and other IT employees.
- Other tasks as assigned.

• University degree in IT or equivalent;
• Male, 25 - 35 years old;
• Having at least 3-4 years of working experience in IT field;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Experience in providing IT support to offices (hardware and software, especially MS office applications) and giving training IT for non-IT people;
• Abilities to work independently as well as in a team;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Review Salary Yearly, 2 working years +01 annual leave
- Incentive: based on business performance of the company
- Bonus: ~ 02 months of salary /year
