The purpose of the role:
Work directly with IT Manager and Operations department to manage, maintain and Grow IFM panel. Help Program and maintain our Back-end operations la system.
Duties:
• Keeping track of the number of SMS/ Topup/ email and buying more when necessary;
• Tracking costs by SMS/ Topup/ email;
• Sending out SMS/ email for project fieldwork;
• Answering questions from panelists via FB or email;
• Program and develop IFM panel Back up system;
• Updating ifmresearch.com and ifmpanel.com;
• Translation of questionnaires, proposals, project materials, sometimes research reports and making transcripts
from audio/ hand-writing;
• Managing projects where possible;
• IDI interviewing when necessary;
• Desk research when necessary.
And the other tasks assigned by direct manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from College, University or equivalent;
- Experience: 1-2 years or preference for new graduates.
- Have knowledge about computers and computer networks.
- Skills to use computers, computer networks and office equipment;
- Being hard-working, eager to learn, having teamwork spirit.
