IT ERP Manager

We are using Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system so we need this position to manage ERP and setup ERP infrastructure to make sure system adapt business operation and new customized requirement to optimize and simplify processes.
ERP roles and responsibilities include leading team meetings and assigning action items to team members, following up along the way until the deadline for each project. The ERP manager acts as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects.

* Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage requirements.
- Lead multiple daily to gather requirements, document meeting outcomes, and manage assigned action items and project tasked assigned to completion.
2. Manage project plan.
- Responsible for project plans, progress metrics and results relating to project direction development, testing and user acceptance.
Manage and coaching ERP team.
- Serve as team coach by providing motivation and direction to the project team while creating enthusiasm around what is being delivered.
3. GAP analyses.
- Create program and project gap analyses between as-is / to-be system and process choices to support deliverable recommendations.
4. Manage prioritize projects
- Serve as central point and communication across multiple internal departments to facilitate the alignment the project prioritizations to fulfill the strategic goals.
5. Manage software development cycle
- Describe a process for planning, creating, testing, and deploying to ERP system.
6. Support end users
- Support end users with questions and requests.

* Education: Bachelor Degree or upper
* Professional major: Computer Science
* Related experiences: At least 05 years working experience in same position
* Essential Capabilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics AX : Finance, Inventory, Retails, Warehouse
2. Having in-depth knowledge of the architecture of Microsoft Dynamics AX
3. Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization
4. Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools
5. Strong consultancy skills
6. Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude.
7. Practical experience with offshoring and cooperation across borders with experience negotiating and resolving issues in a multicultural environment.
8. Effectively communicating and presenting complex data.
9. Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively
