Mô tả công việc
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Good communication and cooperation with other IT staffs, vendor and end users.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Plan and manage annual budget for IT department;
- Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager of Finance and Administration.
- Provide helpdesk support (first level) and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
- Training new user, document user guide and training manuals.
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstations
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems, perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Survey camera, Time Attendance, PBX and other systems
- Improve and document internal helpdesk support procedures
- Update IT assets document
- Contact external vendor to purchase IT assets, technical problems, warranty

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Only Vietnamese
- Strong fundamental of Networking, Antivirus, Server, Backup, & Security system.
- Bachelor degree in IT or related.
- At least 2 years hand-on experience in doing IT helpdesk and/or administering IT Infrastructure of International Enterprise.
- English communication is a must..
- Certified MCSA, CCNA is a must.
- HP/ DELL Server
- Windows Server from 2008 – 2019, Active Directory Environment
- Network: Firewall FortiGate, Cisco Router & Switch, Meraki WIFI, VPN…
- Office 365, Cloud, Video Conference
- Windows Server Backup, Symantec/ Veritas Backup Exec, Dell Tape Library
- McAfee Encryption
- SQL Server Database, Application (HR & Payroll, Accounting)
