Mô tả công việc
1.Install, maintain and troubleshoot Servers and Computers – Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Windows 7 / 10, Office365, Mac OS, familiar with Windows Domain.
2.Monitor, manage and maintain network infrastructure and services – Internet, Site-to-Site VPN, Intranet, Wireless system, VoIP system and any other relevant system.
3.Response to IT service outages and other IT issues across the system and network.
4.Support for all IT system related projects.
5.Provide IT training and relevant user’s guide.
6.Tracking IT software and hardware assets and warranty.
7.Be responsible for solving end user problem through remote.
8.Occasional business trip request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on Systems Administration in International Company
2.Experience with IT Helpdesk support, a blend of technical skills to provide problem solving and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently.
3.Familiar with Windows Server, Windows 10, Office365, Fortinet Firewall/Switch and VoIP system.
4.Good Communication and interpersonal skills including relationship building, listening and questioning.
5.Good sense and an ability to priorities work.
6.Must be a good team player.
7.Good command of English skill.
8.Advantage with MCSE or CCNA certification.
