IT Engineer

- Mainly support MES, cooperate with APO/Global MES (Manufacturing Executing System) team to support local LPS, LPBS, LJS in manufacturing and MES project implementation.
- Apply global best practices to support operation / manufacturing along MES process and requirements.
- Follow up the issues with support team; solicit appropriate support when necessary.
- Ensure the integrity of the data and the efficiency and performance of the system.
- Monitor user compliance to IT policies and standards.
- Create and/or update all relevant documentation (system, infrastructure, process, etc.).
- Perform projects that may be assigned by IT Manager regarding MES, infrastructure support.
- Coordinate with APO /Global MES team about new projects implementation.
- Conduct end user training as necessary.

End-User Support
- Provide 2nd level problem analysis and support as defined in Help Desk support model.
- Keep users properly informed of all IT activities that requires or will likely require downtime.
- Provide computing tips to improve end-user productivity including information security policies and practices.

Information Security
- Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to IT systems and corresponding security control requirements are complied with.
- Proper documentation should be in place in special cases wherein non-IT personnel need administrative rights.
- Ensure that essential systems and infrastructure are covered with disaster recovery plans (DRP), which are regularly checked, tested and updated in accordance to defined procedures. Documented procedures should be kept in safe storage.
- Ensure compliance to pertinent information security practices and standards (refer to ISPM).

Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in all department and company continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. Six Sigma, 5S, EH&S, ISO, KPI, SOX, etc.)

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, related engineering or equivalent.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Position requires trainings and passing of certification exams for Cisco Certified

EXPERIENCE
Requires 3+ years experience as Systems Administrator in a Windows environmen

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Travel to Lear sites, customer or suppliers’ facilities for projects implementation, technical workshops, technology benchmarks and training courses when necessary.
- May be required to be on-call to immediately respond to and resolve critical issues.
- No supervisory responsibilities

- Base Salary: 15,000,000- 22,000,000 VND/months + 2 Month KPI Bonus
- Mobile allowance: VND 300,000/month
- Transportation: Van pick up from Haiphong center to Factory
