IT Engineer/ IT Helpdesk

• Installing PC, preparation IT stuff for newcomer.
• Provide support to users; work directly with them to resolve their problems related to any IT services.
• Installing, supporting and maintaining server.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection.
• Monitoring the use of the web by employees.

• College or university, major in computer science, information technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a server/network engineer.
• Preferable candidate who was born in 199x
• Toeic 600 points after one year of working
