Mô tả công việc

Duties
• Supervise and administer company network, system and server. Failure analysis and troubleshooting, change / configuration / performance / availability management
• Ensure correct tracking of user problems and provide prompt responses to these problems
• Solve user problems as instructed by IT manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education and/or Experience
• B.S, M.S or equivalence in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) or Telecommunication
• MCSE or CCNP certificates
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in System administration
• Knowledge and experience working with AD, Exchange, Proxy, VMware system, Routing, Switching, Firewall, IDS/IPS system and SAN system
• Minimum TOEIC score is 550

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Friendly, helpful & resourceful
• Solid understanding of enterprise applications development
• Solid analytical capabilities and communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize across various tasks, manage changes in daily workload, and operate under several simultaneous deadlines
