IT Coordinator

• Perform coding/debugging reports in localized format and function in software development process as assigned;
• Co-ordinate/implement key IT projects to meet schedule set;
• Manage service quality and service issues for customers as well as coordinating with overseas development group for any escalated problems;
• Perform testing of new software release incorporation with recommended hardware and OS through to alpha and beta test;
• Implement, support and maintain Securities Trading Solution (Both Front office trading, internet trading and back office settlement system) at customer premise and in-house;
• Support and coordinate internal/external customer on requirements and changes;
• Provide a high level of service to any IT related issues from initial discovery through to resolutions;
• Develop good relationship with all level of staffs, clients’ IT supporters.

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 4-6 years’ experience;
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Java Web programming (JSP, Servlet, MVC programming model)
• Have some experience on .NET programming
• Have knowledge and experience on Finance industry especially on Securities market is a plus;
• Have experience on working on SQL Server/Oracle DB;
• Can work on Crystal Report is a plus;
• Have knowledge on Windows and Linux OS;
• Good command of spoken and written English;
• Hard working and with can-do attitude.
