The IT Business Support Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end IT Business support in accordance with IT service level agreements. By partnering with end-users and technology groups, the specialist ensures all IT Business incidents are analyzed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes.
The IT Business Support Specialist provides reliable IT Business Services with a strong focus on the Registration and Recruitment process (E-Learning) , eCommerce process (Sales Systems) and Back Office processes (Electronic Invoice and Corporate Systems)
Key Responsibilities
• Enable IT service strategy to mitigate Registration and E-Learning System, Sales Systems and Corporate System software issues
• Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype for Business, phone, web, and in-person formalizing the communication in SERENA ticketing system
• Partners with Regional IT, Global Shared Services IT, Global IT, External Software Providers and business personnel to discuss the impact of incidents on IT Services with a strong focus on our Oriflame Registration and Sales Systems (CUMULUS, ORISALES, E-LEARNING)
• Facilitate communication between Local Business, Regional IT, Global IT and External Providers in order to resolve IT Business issues in a short manner and secure business continuity

Skills
• Strong IT Customer Service Ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent analytical and IT Problem solving skills
• IT Operations Management and IT Business Continuity skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, E-Learning and E-commerce and back office business processes
• Knowledge and experience of Database Software (Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and Programming Languages (.NET) is expected
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Sharepoint skills is a plus
Experience and Education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
• Experience using help desk ticketing software
• Experience with incident troubleshooting and escalation
• Familiarity with ITILv3 or related service delivery frameworks
• Bachelor’s in computer science or related field
• ERP, .NET and SQL/PL-SQL technical certifications are a plus
• Salary range: maximum 30 VND million gross

• Annual OP bonus: 1 month salary, basing on average salary, is paid out in Mar based on company expenses is met and applied for working period at least 6 months and up and having name in salary paid out in Mar.
• Annual 13rd salary is applied for staff with 6 months working for Oriflame at least and having name in salary paid out in Dec or Jan.
• Social insurance is applied and monthly covered 31% by Company (not deduct from your monthly salary), staff only contributes 1% unemployment insurance as law.
• Health insurance via PVI is applied 24/24 for all staff.
• Salary is increased annual in Jan applied at least from period of 6 months working and up.
• Labor Union organization is set up.
• Salary range: negotiated.
• Working place: 100-102 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan, HCMC
• Working time 9AM-6PM from Monday to Fri. Sat is working day but not in the office.
