The Business Process Analyst main task is to analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated. Business Process Analysts must be able to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply their understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives.
• The analyst will facilitate process workshops, after which they document any information gathered using process maps and business requirements documents.
• Communicate with the Clients/Product Owners/Project Stakeholders to understand and gather the requirements.
• Lead the process mapping project for the Vietnam team
• Managing process change
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance.
• Understand and comply with the company requirements, processes, procedures and policies. Share knowledge and expertise with others, coaching and supporting team members as required.
• Transfer knowledge to the project team and follow up to support change management
• Support new ERP implementation process

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• B.S degree, B.A degree in Computer Science/Business
• BPM or BA certification
• At least 6 years of work experience of which 3 years in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst
• Good understanding on how ERP, CRM and Apps protocols interact together in business environment
• Good understanding of SQL Environments
• Experience in processes testing and people training
• Good presentation and documentation skills
• Open minded, customer focused and agile
• Good analytical and critical thinking
• Experience in using such tools as Jira and Confluence
• Experience in either or both MS Dynamics Great Plains and NetSuite is highly desirable
