Mô tả công việc

- To work as IT Single Point of Contact for business - overall responsible for IT Sales (to Head of IT and Sales Leadership Teams) & IT Supply Chain

- Lead IT projects on Sales & Supply Chain from end to end, particularly
+ Working with respective functions (Sales & Supply Chain) team to identify opportunities on automation, technology improvement
+ Ensure business requirements, expectations on IT are in IT strategies plan
+ Build business case, identify prioritization and plan budget for project implementation
+ Playing as project manager for key projects
+ Manage the project delivery OTIF, also to ensure the training and change management

- Provide justification and consultation to respective functions on IT technology to enhance business performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction from high level for all key IT services or applications
- Manage and develop team

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- 5+ years overall working experience in information technology with at least 4 years of managerial experience
- Knowledge & experienced of Enterprise Applications, especially in Sales and Supply Chain
- Good skill in Project Management
- COBIT and / or ITIL knowledge
- Good at Sales systems to support Distributors (Traditional trade) and Mordern Trade (like DMS, BI, Ordering system, In-store execution solution...)
- Good at Supply Chain systems to manage total supply chain in P2P
- Work experience in MNC environment with regional / global exposure is an advantage
- Good knowledge and experience with FMCG or F&B industry is preferred
- Experience in enterprise application support (ERP) and Digital (e.g. BI, social marketing) or mobility applications is preferred
- Solid knowledge and keep up with the latest Information technologies to support business objectives
- Knowledge in Innovation management and growing up to succesful projects
- Effective communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and team management experience
- Good project management experience, including project planning, execution and coordination skills
- Effective analytical, problem solving skills and being able to lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex business issues
- Strategic thinking, customer focused and value driven
- Self-motivated, positive mind set and “can-do” attitude
- BA degree is a requirement, preferably BA of IT
- Good at English (both verbal & writing)
