IT Business Analyst (Planner)

- Work as Business Analyst for multiple project initiatives, improving current process, existed systems
- Make and clarify business requirements, detailed planning document of projects
- Work with Technical team and other team to design optimal solution
- Guide, support, collaborate with development team as a Business Analysis
- Ensure to deliver project planning document with high quality, minimize change requests due to gaps of understanding current business
- Other assignment as requested from Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Relevant Majors
- 2+ years experiences of development project as Business analyst or planner
- Good in English (Both speaking & writing)
- Background and experience of Enterprise Software Systems
- Understanding of advanced IT solutions
- Proficient level of documentation with MS-Office with reporting skill
- Strong communication skills, including strong writing, and good presentation skills
AS A PLUS
- Background and experience of English educational business (Prefer)
