IT Business Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
Key support and responsible for Business Process Improvement program in Ansell plants with implementing, enhancing and executing ERP system monitoring in Production Manufacturing and Quality Control effectively on daily basis at Production shop floor.

The role of the ERP – Business Process Analyst is to effectively and efficiently utilize ERP software technologies to solve problems at daily production operations in every processing of Yarn Covering, Knitting, Turning, Overedging, Compounding, Dipping, Printing & Packing to making sure all transactions are smooth activation & daily tracking.
Manage project, appraise change requests and associated documentation for effective development
and implementation of these requests. Follow up and effectively resolve any technical, business,
software release and implementation issues.

JOB OBJECTIVES
To take responsibility for functional analysis, design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations,
determining modification requests and writing specifications or their development. It is expected that the business analyst has deep knowledge of Production Management experience and exposure to other
modules such as Inventory, Supply Chain, Project Accounting…

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work as Lead Business Analyst on the assigned engagement for shop floor operation on daily basis.
2. Present well to do showing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations & solutions to fit to the production’s needs.
3. Advise operations’ organization on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product of Ansell’s business processes with creative configuration.
4. Prepare Business Process – ERP Documents for operations.
5. Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations modules
6. Prepare functional specification for customizations required.
7. Prepare User Manuals and deliver training to end users at shop floor operations. Provide super users & end users support.
8. Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
9. Administration of System Change Requests and Problem reports.
10. Provide business analysis of user requirements and associated systems and to prepare all the necessary documentation such as Validation Plan/Protocol, User Requirement, Design, Test plan/cases/scripts/report, User Manual, etc.
11. Coordination of software releases based on global direction and timetable.
12. Projects manage or lead or participate in business application implementation.
13. Ensure all IT system’s roll out at Production shop floor is following Ansell Software Validation Master Plan.
14. Conduct workshops and training.
15. Ensure compliances to the site and global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

LOCATION: Ansell Vina Plant
WORK PLACE: St. 07, Long Thanh IZ, Long Thanh Dist., Dong Nai Province.
TIME: 8h00 to 16h30
WORKING DAY: From Monday to Friday
PERIOD FOR WORKING: Long term
ALLOWANCE: Transportation from Bien Hoa/ Thu Duc to Ansell Vina factory

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science / Information system Management / Software Engineering
- Knowledge in SDLC methodologies within a regulated environment with excellent documentation skill.
- Strong IT project management skill. PMP certified would be advantageous.
- Minimum five years’ experience at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Experience in supporting/using medium or large-scale ERP system, with exposure to commercial integrated applications covering areas of Commercial, Distribution, Finance and Business Intelligence.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies within a regulated environment with excellent documentation skill.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools preferred.
- Excellent English writing skills and verbal skills.
- Locally based candidates are preferred.
