Mô tả công việc
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements closely with Business Team
- Coordinate with development team to enhance the systems
- Perform quality assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with Business Department/partners/providers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain business and system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product/business team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product/business team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to our customer
- Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
- At least 3-5 years of experience Business Analysis
- Good at business scope management
- Strong in problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Good ability to effectively communicate with both the business and technology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required
- Good at English
