IT Assistant Manager (Male)

Ensure smooth IT/IS operation in supporting business:

- Manage IT infrastructure in 3 branches (Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi City and Da Nang City).
- Manage and maintain computers and mobile via Enterprise mobile device management and ensure fully patched Windows OS, Android OS.
- Collaborate with regional IT team to roll out and maintain Finance, Operation Windows-based and/or Web-based applications and other Global IT projects.
- Work with other Departments to collect its needs and cooperate with regional IT team to adopt/customize available IT solutions to support their work.
- Maintain good relationship with local suppliers, collaborate with them to fix IT-related problems.
- Provide service desk to end users on computer, applications and mobile apps.
- Recommend and apply approved IT solutions to support the business and enhance IT security on local environment.
- Manage IT assets, control IT investment and spending within approved budgets.

Other requested tasks:
- Other tasks are required by Line Manager (Managing Director and IT Director of Asia)

- MCSA, CCNA, ITILv3 Certified can be preferred.
- Be familiar with Windows-based server administration, Security endpoint protection.
- Experience in maintaining analog and VoIP telephony system.
- Be familiar with Google cloud platform, Cloud-based apps, MDM.
- Be Familiar with Global service desk platform ex: Manage-Engine Service-desk, Service-Now, etc.
- Good communication skills in global IT environment.
