IT Application Executive - ERP (7-Month contract)

* Ensuring ERP-related systems sustainability:

- Review, justify and enhance business applications through following Change Management Process to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, automation and reduce the workload for business users.
- Analyze the root cause of the problems, fix system problems and ensure preventing repeated incidents or critical incidents which cause the service interruptions.
- Support IT Application Manager to develop Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for ERP applications and periodically perform DRP test. Ensure the compliance with IT policy and effective execution of IT Governance (Process, SOP…)

* Delivering high-quality IT services:

- Manage Oracle AMO team or vendor to deliver strong daily support to business user.
- Follow the IT Service Management process to deliver high-quality IT services and within SLA (Service Level Agreement) – Achieve / support to meet aligned SLA
- Closely work with IT BP and business users to understand business needs and propose appropriated solution.
- Deliver system training to business users so that they can use system properly and effectively.
-Cooperate with IT BP in implementing IT projects to deliver expected value in Finance related area.
- Ensure Customers / End-users satisfaction for the solution or change.
- Cooperate with BI team and IT Application Management (non-ERP) in delivering good systems, services and solutions to business and end
*- Manage ERP systems which are related to:

- Oracle Supply Chain
- Oracle Advanced Supply Chain
- Oracle Process Manufacturing and Costing
- Contribute to IT agenda relating to Finance systems or processes landscape to enable Finance key

Any other tasks assigned or delegated from IT Application Manager relating to Finance area

- BA degree is a requirement, preferably BA of IT
- At least 3-year experience of Enterprise Applications, especially Oracle ERP is preferred
- At least 1-year experience in execution of IT Service Management and of IT Control (relevance or equivalence to COBIT5)
- Good knowledge of business processes, especially Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Costing
- Strong at system analysis in root cause analysis and problems solving or in providing good solutions for business needs
- Good at Project Management is a plus
- Strong at business analysis to providing good IT solutions for business needs
- Strong communication skills; business partnering attitude
- Good at customer-service and teamwork
- Commitment to meet deadline and willingness to support business
- Be able to work independently and under pressure
- Good at English (both verbal and writing)
