Workplace: G Floor, SCS Building, Plot T2-4, D1 Street, Saigon Hi-tech Park, Tan Phu Ward, Dist. 9, HCM City, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
- Updating product- and application knowledge continuously
- Providing technical training for Sales Engineers regularly
- Implement applications based on customer requirements
- Helping Sales Engineers with demonstrations and general support
- Maintaining and administrating our demonstration equipment
- Troubleshooting customer issues with help of our regional support in Malaysia and Singapore
- Communicating issues to our development centers in Germany, USA and China
Desired Outcomes / KPIs
- Achieve sales target
- Fulfil KPIs setting

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor in engineering (IT, Industrial IT, Automation Engineering)
- English: be able to read and speak
- Computer skills: SQL Database, C#, Microsoft Studio, Ms. Office
- Experience: 2 years in technical sales are in advantage and at least 1-year work experiences in industrial field
- Competencies:
