IT & Digital Manager

This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and direction to the business in all areas relating to IT management, including the coordination and oversight of projects relating to system development and/or equipment and digital transformation. The IT & Digital Manager is responsible for leading IT projects efficiently and effectively and supporting the company’s users with IT infrastructure and systems.

1. IT management and Performance: maintain and enhance company’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

2. Digital transformation across different channels including internal process and external communication channels such as multiple websites locator, app.. and mo-bile payment solutions.

3. Manage financial aspects of the Department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review.

4. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision.

5. Organize IT & Digital team structure, recruitment, people management & development.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field of study.
- At least 5 years’ experience in system design and development, digital payment and project management.
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of
• Windows server 2012 R2 environment: setup and administration.
• Oracle database (version 8 or higher) for Unix/Linux platforms. Knowledge of Linux, Oracle Application server and J2EE is an extra asset
• SQL-Reporting and Oracle database management/administration.
• Microsoft tools/applications (MS-Office, MS-Exchange, …)
- Ability to manage (foreign and local) external providers and have experience in negotiation of supplies services and agreements with external providers.
- Fully in line with ethical principles and with high integrity.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail to meet deadlines, ability to lead multiple, complex functions and activities concurrently in a fast paced environment.
- Good overall view on IS&T market evolution and digital and payment solution trend
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Experience in change management and its implementation across the business and IT.
