IT Administrator

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Managing computers network, printers, telephones and other IT devices system
Managing email system and files server
End user support and help desk
Planning to buy new devices for employees if any

The main responsibility keeps the computer systems running smoothly and ensuring all IT device work well

1. Manage information technology and computer systems:
 Installing & configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
 Installing & configuring email, Anti-virus programs
 Managing and controlling website
 Managing telephone switchboard system
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
 Restoring and backup database on the server
 Setting up new user profile and email account

2. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software:
 Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
 Be familiar with all hardware, software and network operating system
 Managing stocks of equipment and other IT supplies
 Training new staff how to work well on the system
 Training staff about new knowledge if any
 Teaching supervisors, team leaders about Windows, MS office if any
 Supporting staff during and outside working hours, including Saturday & Sunday
 Develop, implement IT policies and procedures

3. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access:
 Repairing equipment and replacing parts
 Periodic maintaining & cleaning of computer systems, four months cleaning once
 Managing and maintaining records of software licenses
 Make recommendations about purchase of IT resources
 Connect and install work stations
 Provide network accounts and passwords as required
 Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

4. Perform other related duties as required during and outside working hours, including Saturday & Sunday

 Computer hardware and software systems and programs
 Computer networks, network administration and network installation
 Computer troubleshooting
 Computer viruses and security
 E‐mail and internet programs

 Ability to install and administer computer hardware, software and networks
 Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet, word-processing, graphics software
 Shooting skills
 Team building skills
 Analytical and problem solving skills
 English communication skills

Years of Experience: >3 years
