Mô tả công việc

• Keep IT hardware and Infrastructure in good conditions
Manage physical servers, network, PBX system, IP camera system
Plan and back-up data
Solve troubleshoot common problems about: printers, FAX, PCs, IP Phone and other IT equipment
Coordinate with technician of suppliers
Keep all IT related documents updated and structured in accordance with the standard procedures
Other duties as assigned by It Senior & Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related degrees
• About 1-year experience in the same position (IT field or Manufacturing companies with more than 50 end-users)
• Having knowledge about Domain Controller, Active Directory, Windows Server, Backup and Security System
• Good of both written and spoken English is highly preferred
• Communication & problem-solving skills
