Mô tả công việc
· Supply Chain Management including
o Order/PO management
o Receiving bookings from shippers/vendors
o Place booking with carriers
o Arrange cargo stuffing, prepare loading plan
o Update systems – sending Pre-advice/post advice
o Issue FCR/ Bill of lading
o Issue invoice; settle payment to carriers and control AR-AP
o Receiving documents, checking documents before sending to consignee
o Update reports as requested by customers and supervisors
· Handle daily correspondence (emails/phone calls) from shippers and consignees
· Handle customer’s inquiry within own ability
· Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
· Handle other tasks assigned by team leader or Manager.
