Mô tả công việc
Job Scope & Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the ISC team for ISC Vietnam Operations
- Provide leadership for ISC Vietnam in all aspects of operations, finance especially revenue and cost allocation related to the operational activities, customer service, strategic account management, project implementation and people management
- support country head in delivering the overall strategy and direction including relationship management both internal and external
- Standardize and enhance Operations Processes in line with the core processes provided by ISC product
- Ensure consistent delivery of service levels and ensure customers’ expectations are met as scoped
- Owner of operational KPIs
- Maintain good business relationship with customer and develop new business
- Lead Vietnam towards increased growth and profitability while effectively managing and minimizing costs
Internal
- support all functions within the ISC operation: Customer Service, Program (Customer) Mgmt, Carrier Management, Data Management functions
- Co-ordinate with different business units within DHL to deliver quality service as per customer needs for ISC Vietnam customers
- Inter-departmental communication with colleagues to identify solutions and best practices. Invite new ideas, review ideas and implement for continuous improvement in line with ISC strategy
- Ensure data integrity maintained in Infor Nexus and other DHL and/or Customer systems
- Pursue continuous improvement, work with other functions to ensure quality services to customers
- Monitor safety and security of warehouse and customer’s business in the warehouse
- Perform root cause analysis for services issues, KPI’s that are not in line with expectation or targets and provide and implement corrective actions
- Responsible for accurate and timely billing in ISC+, regular review of GP by job, to achieve expected GP target by customer
- Actively manage accounts receivables related to supplier payments, manage service providers and subcontractors to ensure quality service at competitive price
- Ensure Core KPI Targets are managed and met
- Actively manages and evaluates resource planning by account and provides timely updates to senior management
External
- Work with multiple external and internal stakeholders e.g. Port authority, Warehouse operators, Vendors, suppliers, factories and depots
- Maintain good communication and working relationship with other DHL functions
- Make sure 3rd party partners can perform up to DHL standards and perform regular audits of capabilities & service
- Existing customer retention and continued service excellence
Finance & Projects:
- Play a key customer facing role for strategic or key customers worldwide and support global pricing and RFQ responses
- Develop new business and maintenance of existing business in line with the ISC product profitability and growth targets
- Analyses costs and cost structure of product at Country level, and derive improvement measurements and suggest actions where necessary
Build the Best Team:
- Determine organization structure, roles and responsibilities within operational team.
- Lead efforts to position the right people in the operation in sufficient quantity, skill set and support structures
- Maintain a strong, qualified, motivated, workforce to deliver service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop/train high potential staff
- Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness
- Support team spirit and multi-tasking capabilities within the team
- Responsible for complying with motiv8 process
- Provide active leadership and conduct performance appraisals, including coaching
- Develop IKO’s/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
- Develop assign and monitor SMART targets to staff and sub-contractors, address amongst to ensure same are cascaded

- Professional experience of 10 years in logistics industry
- 5years in 3PL /Consolidation /Ocean Freight experience
- Logistics /Business accreditations. Lean Six Sigma. First Choice Bronze
- Degree in general business administration. MBA/Master degree desirable
- Sound communicator at all levels of an organization, from operations clerical staff to board level both within and external to DHL
- Extensive expertise in Origin Management; PO and Vendor, warehousing, regional hub operations and E2E International Supply Chain experience
- Strong understanding of international trade and sourcing (3PL, 4PL, warehousing, contract logistics, sea, air)
- Proven track record of solution deployment, operational excellence and customer service
- Good understanding of IT systems
- P&L management and budget experience
